Allianz Direct wanted to appreciate customers in an original way: by celebrating the birthday of their car. A fun idea, but also a challenge: how do you make this personal, simple, and friendly, while clearly reflecting the brand values — positive, cool, and fresh?

Develop a festive email campaign congratulating customers on their car and informing them that they have a chance to win a year of free car washes.
