Our pricing model is based on opens. This means you only pay when a recipient actually views the visual. If the visual isn’t loaded, it doesn’t count. You can easily check your open balance at any time through the Skideo portal.

Yes, a subscription is required to use Skideo. You can choose a flexible plan with a monthly number of “opens,” without any further commitments. Or enjoy a 20% discount with an annual 12-month subscr

If you’d like to purchase more opens, simply get in touch with us. You can upgrade to a higher plan or add extra opens for just one month.

No worries if you occasionally exceed your limit. We’ll never just stop your service. The extra opens will be settled separately in the following month. If it happens more often, we’ll contact you to find a suitable solution together.
