New customers of Ziggo Business received a series of six onboarding emails. The goal was to guide them step by step through their package and help them discover additional benefits. In practice, however, the emails were often perceived as commercial, resulting in lower open rates and customers missing out on important features and services.

Develop a series of personalised headers that visually convey the email’s purpose at a glance. The message needed to be clear, friendly and immediately actionable, without noise or detours — and, of course, fully aligned with the Ziggo Business brand style.
