New customers of Ziggo Business enjoy various extras, such as double data, secure online connections, and exclusive tools. However, these benefits were not sufficiently conveyed in the existing onboarding emails. The communication was often perceived as advertising and therefore less engaging. The challenge: how do you make onboarding more relevant and personal, so customers immediately experience the value of their subscription?

Develop a refreshed email series that is clear, service-oriented, and personalized. The message needed to be instantly recognizable, without any commercial tone. Additionally, the solution had to be technically reliable — working on every device with minimal load time.

Onboarding Ziggo Business.

We created a set of personalized GIF headers for the entire onboarding journey. The animations, designed in the recognizable Ziggo orange style, immediately highlight the key benefits — from activating My Ziggo to Safe Online and Double Data. With smart data integration (first name, last name, and cleaned company name), each email was personalized and generated in real-time.

The refreshed onboarding is perceived by customers as service-oriented and user-friendly. The benefits of Ziggo Business are understood faster, and the emails no longer feel like marketing communication, but as a personal welcome service. The result: higher engagement and a stronger start to the customer relationship.
