The design was provided by Ziggo. We handled the animation integrations based on the shopping cart data, so customers could see their own package visually in a playful GIF format.

The Abandoned Basket campaign proved that a small, smart intervention can make a big difference. By subtly reminding and personalizing the display, Ziggo successfully re-engaged hesitant customers.
