After purchasing a new CUPRA, it takes some time before the car can actually be picked up. This interim period offers opportunities to strengthen the customer relationship with relevant, personalized communication. Until recently, however, it was not possible to display the customer’s purchased car within the track & trace journey, making the experience feel less personal.

Develop dynamic email headers in CUPRA style for each stage of the delivery process — from ‘in production’ and ‘on the way’ to ‘license plate known’ and the countdown to delivery. At each step, the customer’s car takes center stage, providing a recognizable and engaging experience.
