Customers with persistently slow Wi-Fi are more likely to switch, even though the issues can often be resolved easily. Therefore, Ziggo remotely checks internet speed and proactively sends an email with personalized tips to improve the connection. The challenge: how do you communicate this message in a friendly and clear way?

Develop a personalized header for an ongoing email campaign (100,000 per month). The header should immediately show customers, in a friendly way, that an internet check has been performed at their address and what the outcome is.
