At the same time, the campaign needed to contribute to customer retention during a period when switching providers is particularly attractive for consumers.

Allianz Direct Winter Cross Sell Campaign
We opted for cheerful, winter-themed visuals in Allianz Direct style,
featuring recognizable themes around car, home, and travel.
Think of a Christmas ornament with a house (“HoHoHome for Christmas”), a plane above a globe (“Sky-high 2025”),
and a classic snowy scene (“The ride of your life in 2025”).
The personalization extended further down the email,
where the recipient’s name appeared as the sender —
a subtle detail that made the message feel extra personal.
The result: a warm, friendly campaign that surprised customers
and added extra meaning to Allianz Direct’s holiday message.
