During Euro 2024, Allianz Direct wanted to engage customers in a friendly way —
not with a commercial message, but with an initiative that conveyed:
“you matter to us.”
The collaboration with Scorito provided an opportunity to engage customers with the brand playfully
while reinforcing brand values of trustworthiness, clarity, and positivity.
Design and develop the personalized email creatives and headers
for the Euro loyalty campaign “Allianz Direct Arena”.
The emails needed to be engaging, dynamic, and recognizably Allianz Direct —
with a clear call-to-action directing customers to the Scorito platform,
where they could participate for free.

In the header, a ball bounced towards the CTA button while a counter ticked down to kickoff.
The visuals were extended to the website, MyAccount, and social media for a consistent brand experience.
The initiative was received enthusiastically and resulted in thousands of sign-ups in the Allianz Direct Arena.
Customers felt engaged, received something extra, and appreciated the friendly tone.
